If you are using WordPress for your website you may want to update the password for one of the users on the website. You can do that without a plugin in the WordPress admin on there.
To update the password of a WordPress user on your website on there
- From the WordPress admin left menu you can click on users > your profile
- That page has the account management area
- There is a new password button you can click on
- You may want to use the password it generates or type in your own
- If you type in your on we recommend you use a very strong password for it on there
- If you updated it you can then click on the update profile button on there
If that works for you it would let you update the password for the WordPress user on there.
